Sono stati assegnati a Los Angeles gli MTV Movie & TV Awards 2021, i premi ai miglior film, serie TV, attori e attrici assegnati annualmente da MTV. Tra i trionfatori da segnalare WandaVision: la serie TV del Marvel Cinematic Universe si è aggiudicati diversi premi, oltre a quello per la Miglior serie TV. Il premio alla Miglior performance in un film è invece andato al compianti Chadwick Boseman.
